# Acopio

> Acopio is a personal catalog for the developer tools, repos, and references you keep
> meaning to write down somewhere. Save things with a bookmarklet, find them later by
> intent through any AI assistant that speaks MCP (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and
> others). Your catalog is private and yours.

## How it works

- **Save:** A one-click browser bookmarklet captures a tool's title, URL, and a short description into your catalog.
- **Browse:** A simple dashboard lets you tag, edit, search, and rediscover what you've saved.
- **Ask:** Connect Acopio's MCP server to your AI assistant; it can search and pull from your personal catalog while you work.

Acopio uses the EmbeddingGemma-300M model to index entries for semantic search, so you can search by what something *does* rather than by exact name.
