2. Description of the Service
Acopio is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to capture, organise, and rediscover developer tools, libraries, and resources via a personal catalog. The Service also exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint that allows AI assistants to query the catalog. Access to the Service is subject to registration and, for premium features, payment of a subscription.
3. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service — including but not limited to software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of the service provider or their licensors and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated, or transformed without the prior written consent of the service provider, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. User Content
Content created by users (tool entries, descriptions, tags) remains the intellectual property of the user. By submitting content to the Service, the user grants the service provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. User Obligations
Users undertake to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, public order, and good faith. Users must not use the Service to store or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of third parties, nor to transmit malware or engage in any form of abuse of the platform.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The service provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
